We have partnered with a number of leading oncology therapeutics companies to test applications of biomarkers with the goal of optimizing the use of therapeutic interventions.<\/p>\n<p>These partnerships have generated findings that support expansion into precision oncology applications, including risk stratification, disease classification, and disease quantification. Some of our partnerships also include development of customized applications to support clinical studies and companion diagnostic development and commercialization.<\/p>\n<p><u><a href=\"\/biopharma-partnerships\/\"><strong>Learn about becoming a Partner<\/strong><\/a><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Our RUO offering uses our proprietary multi-cancer early detection (MCED) methylation platform to analyze cfDNA isolated from peripheral blood for cancer signal interrogation. Our RUO technology estimates tumor burden based on tumor methylated fraction (TMeF), enabling longitudinal monitoring and surveillance solutions.
