This form can be downloaded here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1i0r3Gy_X6W_evIiHkNwrC4koP03getzU\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Letter of Intent Template Download Link.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For ISTs, GRAIL will review each proposal to confirm patient safety, ethics, scientific merit, operational feasibility, strategic alignment and budget, which generally takes up to 60 days for a decision. If the Letter of Intent has been approved, you will be asked to submit a full protocol, final study budget, and other relevant materials within 90 days. Once this information has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a study start up package, including financial forms and contracts.<\/p>\n                                    <\/div>\n                                                                                            <\/div>\n                                            <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"two-columns-unordered-list grail-block\">\n    <div class=\"grid-container\">\n        <div class=\"grid-x flex-container \">\n            <div class=\"cell large-5 module-information-container animate--fade-in \">\n                                    <div class=\"heading heading-2\">Program details<\/div>\n\n                                            <div class=\"text paragraph\"><p><b>Eligibility Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Operating expenses must be directly and exclusively dedicated to the activity for which the requestor is applying.<\/p>\n<p>In order to be eligible, your organization must not be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An individual, group practice, or private physician office<\/li>\n<li>Owned in whole or in part by a physician or a group of physicians<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Funding must only be used in support of legitimate, bona fide research and its related expenditures.
